I feel like it's my duty to remind everyone about what is acceptable behavior in the office and what is not acceptable.
1. It's an hour for lunch. Not an hour and thirty minutes, not an hour and five minutes. Not an hour for lunch and however long it takes you to get back. That hour includes eating and the time it takes to get to and from your chair and back to work.
2. Office gossip is what it is, gossip. Ladies, it would be great if you spent as much time gossiping as you did working.
3. It is not acceptable to chew gum in the office. I keep finding gum under tables and chairs. Besides the fact that you're defacing company property, it's just gross. Throw it in the trash. Seriously.
Do expect me to add more points to this list later. I'm a little distracted at the moment. The things I read in the paper lately, it's mind boggling. I have nothing else to report.

If one person gives their condolences
I'm tired of eating other people's casseroles
Why do people think they have to feed you when you someone dies?
There is a chair that is squeaking. That is a distraction. How is anyone supposed to concentrate? Who fidgets that much?
Does anyone have an idea what that meeting tomorrow is supposed to be about? I'm 90% confident it doesn't pertain to work. They usually don't. I have nothing else to report.
